The house is fully secure with locks on all entrances and each room has a separate key to lock their doors. Further we fully comply with the Building Control Code and Fire Safety Regulations with periodic maintenance of all fire and safety equipment.
Live in Manager
Our live in manager is available to provide assistance. The manager will attend to maintenance and logistical concerns in a prompt and complete manner.
Regular Cleaner
We have a regular cleaner who cleans the common areas every Saturday, thus providing a fresh and clean environment which you can enjoy with none of the hassles and costs involved in doing this yourself. You are of course, expected to clean up after yourselves and wash and put away your dishes as soon as you have finished with them.
Utilities Included
The rental rate you choose includes all utilities (gas, electricity and water), so offering the convenience and simplicity of paying rent once a month.
Telephone and Internet
A telephone connection is available in each room to provide telephony and internet services at your own expense. Your live in manager will explain the simple process to get you connected straight away.
Television and DVD
A modern colour television is supplied in each common lounge and a DVD player is also available for the times you need to relax and enjoy some entertainment. |
